Volunteers are the heart of what we do. By giving your time, skills, or experience, you help young people make better choices, build confidence, and create safer, more vibrant communities. Whether you can commit regularly or occasionally, there’s a way to make a meaningful difference.
Mentor / One‑to‑One & Family Support
What You’ll Do
Provide guidance, build trust, foster/enhance self-development and life skills, help mentees set and achieve academic/personal goals.

Time Commitment / Skills
Flexible, often weekly or fortnightly. Mentors with empathy/lived experience preferred. DBS check required.
Workshop Facilitator / Presenter
What You’ll Do
Lead or support workshops (PSHE, Crime & Consequences, Knife Crime etc.), share experiences, lead discussions.

Time Commitment / Skills
Sessions scheduled; training provided; good communication skills. Lived experience preferred; DBS check required.
