Partner With Us

Educational/PSHE Workshop

At Pathways Education Project, we believe meaningful change happens when organisations work together to support young people’s wellbeing, development, and positive outcomes.

We partner with schools, local authorities, early help services, and community organisations to deliver mentoring, social and emotional learning (SEL), and life skills programmes that strengthen existing support systems — not replace them.

Our approach is relational, credible, and responsive to the real contexts young people are navigating.

Why Partner With Pathways

Partnering with Pathways means access to:

  • Relational, credible-messenger led support that resonates with young people

  • Tailored mentoring and SEL programmes aligned with wellbeing and PSHE priorities

  • Flexible delivery — workshops, small groups, or one-to-one mentoring

  • Collaborative practice alongside pastoral, safeguarding, and early help teams

  • Clear communication and professional delivery

We work with your goals — whether that’s improving engagement, strengthening emotional literacy, enhancing early intervention, or supporting positive behaviour culture.

Who We Work With

We partner with:

  • Primary and secondary schools

  • Local authority early help and youth services

  • Multi-agency initiatives and community organisations

  • Alternative provision and targeted education settings

Programmes are tailored to the needs of your students and aligned with existing school plans, safeguarding frameworks, and wellbeing strategies.

Working Within Local Systems

Our experience shows that when schools and communities work together, young people respond better, stay more engaged, and make more positive choices. Where appropriate, we collaborate with pastoral teams, early help services, and multi-agency initiatives to ensure young people receive consistent, joined-up support.

This ensures our delivery complements existing provision and contributes positively to whole-system outcomes.

Delivering Wider Social Value

Our programmes contribute to broader community outcomes by supporting prevention, informed decision-making, and positive future planning. This means provision that aligns with early intervention priorities and community wellbeing strategies — while keeping young people at the centre of the work.

If you would like to explore a partnership, discuss commissioning, or understand how we can support your setting, we would welcome a conversation.
