What We Do

We deliver mentoring, and curriculum-aligned PSHE workshops tailored to the needs of each setting. Our programmes include a focus on:

  • Emotional regulation and resilience

  • Confidence and self-belief

  • Decision-making and personal responsibility

  • Healthy relationships and communication​​​​​

PSHE Prevention & Crime Diversion Workshops

Our workshops are designed to complement PSHE and wider wellbeing provision. And cover topics such as:

  • Consequence Mapping

  • Legal Literacy

  • Managing peer pressure and risk

  • Personal safety and informed choices

Pathways education Project - Credible Messenger Mentoring

Credible Messenger Youth Mentoring & Support

Specialist one-to-one and small-group mentoring for young people who may benefit from additional support outside the classroom - including:

  • Building Confidence & Motivation

  • Problem-solving and goal-setting

  • Emotional Regulation & Resilience

  • Academic Guidance & Goal-Setting

  • Managing setbacks and frustration​​

In Class

Life Skills & Personal Development

Pathways SEL programmes support the development of practical life skills that help young people who may be experiencing:

  • Social or emotional difficulties

  • Behavioural challenges

  • Socio-economic disadvantage

  • Neurodevelopmental needs such as ASC or ADHD
