Social and Emotional Learning & Life Skills Education Programmes

Bridging the gap between classroom learning and community safety
Pathways Education Project -School Assemby Workshop

What We Do

Pathways Education Project delivers Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) workshops, mentoring, and Life Skills programmes that help young people develop the emotional, social, and practical skills they need to thrive in school and life.  Working at the intersection of education, wellbeing, and early intervention, we partner with schools, local authorities, and community organisations to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world challenges.

We provide prevention-focused workshops and tailored mentoring programmes, designed to disrupt negative trajectories and empower young people to navigate complex social situations with more knowledge, confidence, and self-belief.

SEL & Life Skills Workshops For Schools

Life skills delivered through engaging, high-impact workshops that resonate with students. Pathways specialist crime prevention education, SEL development, and legal literacy workshops are aligned with the PSHE curriculum  covering key topics from personal safety to emotional intelligence.

Credible Messenger Mentoring for Schools

We provide one-to-one and group mentoring for schools and LAs, focused on strengthening social and emotional development and essential life skills. Our youth mentoring programmes are led by credible messengers with lived experience, enabling meaningful and relatable support for students.
