Active Mentoring:
Engagement Through
Action

Every young person is unique, and sometimes traditional mentoring needs a different 'hook' to drive engagement. Our Active Mentoring programme uses physical activity and creative expression as tools to promote positive behaviour, build discipline, and improve mental wellbeing.

Operating across London, West Sussex, the South East, our specialist mentors use Active Mentoring sessions to foster safe environments where young people can release stress, and develop technical skills. Active mentoring can include:

Physical Intervention & Wellbeing:
-
Boxing & Martial Arts: Developing discipline, self-control, and emotional regulation.
-
Fitness & Gym Sessions: Focused on physical health and stress management.
-
Sport-Specific Training: Building teamwork, coordination, and goal-setting.

Creative Expression & Digital Skills:
-
Music Production: Learning the technicalities of sound while finding a creative voice.
-
Creative Writing & Poetry: Exploring emotions and building self-expression through literacy
-
Filmmaking & Editing (Adobe): Developing storytelling abilities and professional technical skills.

Exploration and Socialization - can include:
