Coach and Player

Every young person is unique. That's why our Active Mentoring program offers a personalized approach, using a range of activities designed to promote positive behavior, and build confidence, and improve mental wellbeing.

Physical Activities:

  • Fitness (gym) sessions: Build physical strength and release stress.

  • Boxing, Kickboxing, Thai Boxing: Develop discipline and self-control.

  • Sports Specific fitness: Improve teamwork and coordination.

Creative Expression:

  • Creative Writing and Poetry: Explore emotions and build self-expression.

  • Introduction to editing and Filmmaking (using Adobe): Develop technical skills and storytelling abilities.

  • Introduction to music production: Learn how to create music.

Exploration and Socialization:

  • Trips and local tours: Expand horizons and build social skills.
